From Chalet Prades, you can easily reach the slopes as the Piz La Ila cable car is located right next to our property. Although the slopes of Alta Badia are thrilling enough, you should not miss the wide range offered by Dolomiti Superski. With a single card, you can ski on 1,200 km of slopes across 12 ski areas. In addition to fun on the slopes, a winter holiday in Alta Badia also offers many active highlights such as the snowboard park, snow park, cross-country ski trails, and breath-taking winter hiking and snowshoeing opportunities. Families with children can have fun on groomed trails for beginners and at the kids’ ski school.

The Sellaronda and The First World War ski tour

The Sellaronda, circling the imposing Sella massif, is undoubtedly one of the most famous and impressive ski tours in the Dolomites and the Alps. The ski tour, which passes through four mountain passes (Campolongo, Pordoi, Sella and Gardena), can be done in two directions: clockwise and counter-clockwise. The First World War ski tour is in no way inferior to it. With a length of 80 km around the Col di Lana, the symbolic mountain of the First World War, this tour is also a must during your skiing holiday.
