Good to know before your arrival

Here you’ll find all the information about Chalet Prades in La Villa in Alta Badia, helping you enjoy your holiday with peace of mind.

• The prices are per person per day, and include all services.
• There is a 15% surcharge for stays shorter than 3 nights.
• An additional city tax of €2.30 applies per adult per day (excluding children under 14).
• There’s a reduction for the third and fourth adult staying in the apartment: from 20% to 40% (depending on the season and type of apartment).
• Reservations can be made with or without breakfast.
• On the day of arrival, your lodge apartment is available from 2:00 pm. If you expect to arrive after 7:00 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us. Check-out time is 09:30 am on the day of departure.
• Towels are changed once a week. Additional cleaning is charged as follows: €20.00 per apartment cleaning (excluding kitchen), €20.00 for each kitchen cleaning.
• Please understand that pets are not allowed in our chalet.
• To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit of the total price is due. In case of cancellation this deposit is non-refundable.
• This is a non-smoking facility.
• Payment: we accept payment by cash, credit card (VISA, Mastercard), or debit card.
• Cancellation policy: up to 30 days before the arrival, no extra charges. From 29 to 14 days before arrival, 50% extra charge. From 13 to 7 days before arrival, 75% extra charge. From 6 to 1 day before arrival, 90% extra charge. On the day of arrival or in case of no-show or early departure, 100% extra charge (as required by law). We advise our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance.
